The secretariat of Tehran Security Conference announced on Wednesday that the 3rd edition of the event will be held in February 2019.
The third international conference on security in West Asia, known as Tehran Security Conference, will be held under the theme “Regional Security in Western Asia, the Perspective of Stability, Cooperation, and Collective progress”, according to the secretariat of the event, Mehr News Agency reported.
The 2018 event was held in January with more than 200 domestic and foreign political dignitaries and analysts from 49 Asian and European countries.
The second edition’s theme was “Regional Security in West Asia; Emerging Challenges and Trends”.
The first edition was held in December 2016 with the participation of foreign experts in the area of regional security.
The main motto of the conference has been dialogue as well as building mutual confidence, respect and cooperation among West Asia countries to achieve collective security and progress
