Loans at an annual interest rate of 5-9% will be offered to encourage job creation and production in border regions and adjacent areas, Interior Minister Abdolreza Rahmani-Fazli said on Sunday in Zabol, the capital city of the southeastern Sistan-Balchestan Province. “The government will compensate investors for losses they suffer in border areas due to security issues,” he added. Earlier, Rahmani-Fazli inaugurated the border market of Takht-e Edalat in Hirmand County in the northern part of Sistan-Balchestan, IRNA reported.
