Musician and record producer Reza Khorram, the eldest son of late violinist and composer Homayoun Khorram, will perform in Tehran.
Slated for May 10-11, the concerts are to be held at the iconic Vahdat Hall where Babak Shahraki will play violin and Bardia Sadr-Nouri will be on the piano, Mehr News Agency reported on its Persian website.
The concerts are titled Khorram Flowers (Khorram means fresh and jubilant in Farsi). It is a non-vocal performance that follows the music style of the senior Khorram.
“I wanted to follow in the footsteps of my father who concentrated on non-vocal music. He inspired us to combine violin and other instruments in a unique manner,” Reza said.
Vahdat Hall is located on Shahriar Blvd., Hafez Street, south of Enqelab Avenue.
