The skills and professionalism of the Iranian Red Crescent Society (IRCS) “in the manner in which it responds to natural and man-made disasters is exemplary,” Secretary General of the International Federation of Red Crescent and Red Cross Elhadj As Sy said during his visit to Iran. He referred to the high level of commitment and preparedness of the IRCS and hoped that their skills and experiences could be shared with other member countries of the federation, ISNA reported.
