The Secretary General of International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, Elhadj As Sy will soon visit Iran “to assess and observe the capabilities of the Iranian Red Crescent Society.” A MoU will be signed between the IFRC, IRCS and the Department of Environment, said Mohammad Farhadi, president of the Iranian Red Crescent Society (IRCS) quoted by ISNA.
