Fifteen new infertility treatment centers have been inaugurated in several provinces across the country. Health Minister Hassan Qazizadeh Hashemi attended the inauguration ceremonies simultaneously through video conference. The new centers opened in provinces of Alborz, Ardebil, Qom, Fars, South Khorasan, Khorasan Razavi, Sistan-Baluchistan, Golestan, Chaharmahal-Bakhtiari, and Tehran. Such centers have seen a 61% growth over the past four years, ISNA reported. There are 3 to 5 million infertile couples in the country.
