The first edition of Printmaking Biennial Exhibition at 26 Art Gallery in Tehran opened on Friday, January 20.
The group exhibition features 56 manual prints created by 46 artists. The event will run through February 8 from 4-8 pm, IRNA reported.
The prints are divided into two categories of free and topical with the latter on ‘pollution.’ Three artists from each category will receive awards at the end of the exhibition.
The event secretary is printmaker and painter Mehrdad Khataee, 40. The gallery is located at No. 26, Salmanpour Zahir Street, East Farmanieh Street.
