An Iranian freighter carrying humanitarian aid to the people of Yemen has arrived in the impoverished Arab country, said Seyed Amir Mohsen Ziaee, head of the Iranian Red Crescent Society (IRCS), on Monday. “Also, we were able to provide Yemenis injured in the Saudi airstrikes with medical aid” through the Yemen Red Crescent Society, he said, Mehr News Agency reported. He stressed the IRCS readiness to offer more support to the conflict-ridden country by sending medicine, medical equipment and trained manpower.
