Venezuela’s foreign minister Rafael Ramirez, whose country supports an OPEC output reduction, held a meeting with oil minister Bijan Namdar Zanganeh to discuss oil prices, on Saturday in Tehran, Shana news agency reported. This was Ramirez's third meeting after Algeria and Qatar. Iran and Venezuela need prices above current levels to balance their government budgets.
