Russia and India will organize a working group on ground transportation of hydrocarbons from Russia via Central Asia to India, Russia’s Deputy Minister of Energy Yuri Senturin told. The group will be organized before end of November, and its first meeting is due in early 2015, Senturin was quoted by ITAR-TASS as saying.
