Arthritis is the most common joint disorder among both men and women across the world, said Dr. Mansour Raygani, head of Iranian Society of Physical Medicine, Rehabilitation and Electrodiagnosis. “The disease does not have visible symptoms before the critical level and is diagnosed via radiology and scans,” he said on the eve of the 19th annual congress of the society, Borna News Agency reported. The disorder needs treatment once it reveals clinical symptoms such as acute pain in the ankle, back, fingers, heel, joints, neck, or wrist while in motion. The congress will be held February 7-9 at Tehran’s Olympics Hotel.
