By the end of the sixth economic development plan (2021), about 80 youth centers will be established and operating across the country, said Reza Hojjati, a senior official at the Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs. “The centers will be set up in 10 big cities, and 70 smaller ones,” he said, ISNA reported. They will be tasked with managing youth affairs, particularly activities of NGOs, and offer services in counseling and tourism. The centers will function at three levels depending on the region’s needs.
