National Iranian Copper Industries Company offered various types of copper at Iran Mercantile Exchange’s spot market on Sunday trading.
As IME reported, NICICO offered 4,000 tons of copper cathode, priced at 167,303 rials per kg, 3,500 tons of copper wire at the base price of 174,465 rials per kg, 20,000 tons of low-graded copper, 140 tons of molybdenum sulfur and 18 tons of precious metals concentrates on the industrial and mining trading floor. Moreover, World Copper Company offered 270 tons of copper wire at the base price of 175,015 rials per kg on the same floor.
The oil and petrochemical trading floor saw the offering of 55,800 tons of various grades of bitumen, 29,000 tons of vacuum bottoms, 18,500 tons of lube-cut oil, 2,952 tons of petrochemicals and 1,000 tons of sulfur.
About 7,400 tons of bitumen 6070 were offered on the export trading floor.
Elsewhere, the agricultural trading floor played host to 15,000 tons of corn, 4,430 tons of white sugar, 10,000 tons of edible wheat, 4,000 tons of durum wheat, 1,000 tons of virgin vegetable oil and 235 tons of rice.
In sum, more than 178,000 tons of commodities were offered in IME’s spot market.
