Nearly one million people, or 170,000 families in Guatemala, have no food reserves left as poor rainfall has led to drought and shrunken harvests, the UN Food and Agriculture Organization said, adding that this is the third consecutive year the Guatemalans have been hit by drought, Reuters reported.
