In a meeting on Sunday, Head of Tabriz University Mohammadreza Pour Mohammadi and Turkish Ambassador to Tehran, Hakan Tekin, examined ways to expand academic cooperation including establishment of a joint university in Tabriz, East Azerbaijan, IRNA reported. The Turkish ambassador also called for exchange of professors and carrying out joint scientific and technological projects which was welcomed by Pour Mohammadi.
