The spokesperson for the Combatant Clergy Association said the principlist association and the Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom plan to hold a joint meeting in the coming weeks to discuss the Assembly of Experts election, which is scheduled to be held on February 26, 2016.
“The association and the society will exchange views about their proposed candidates for the Assembly of Experts election, so that, God willing, they will reach agreement on a joint list of candidates,” Hojatoleslam Gholamreza Mesbahi Moqaddam said in an interview with Fars news agency published on Monday.
