The Supreme Council of Education has not approved legislation on bilingual education programs in schools; therefore private bilingual schools are illegal, said Mojtaba Zeinivand, director general of non-government schools at the ministry of education. He also said government schools “have no right to collect tuition fee,” Alef News Agency reported.
