Driving licenses of 5,000 drivers are on the verge of being seized for traffic violations. Traffic Police Chief, Brigadier General Eskandar Momeni said the drivers have committed repeated violations, many receiving 30 warnings - the limit before one’s driving license is seized by police, ISNA reported. Momeni also announced measures to introduce incentives for drivers who do not flout traffic rules.
