A total number of 78 offshore and onshore oil and gas wells were drilled in the first half of the current Iranian calendar year (started March 2014), the National Iranian Drilling Company (NIDC) announced Tuesday. The NIDC carried out 185,554 meters of drilling in the said period, Shana news agency reported.
