The possibility of allowing clean cars to enter limited traffic zones - normally closed to private vehicles - is being considered, said Tehran mayor Baqer Ghalibaf. He said vehicles will be rated from “pollutant to clean” and clean cars will get unlimited access to limited traffic zones, ISNA reported.
