    Markets Mixed 

    Tehran Stock Exchange's main index, TEDPIX, lost 3,659.14 points or 0.15% on Wednesday to end at 2,514,673.41.The TSE equal-weighted index gained 1.24%.

    About 27.15 billion shares worth 193.24 trillion rials ($429.43 million) changed hands for the day. Trading at TSE and over-the-counter Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends Wednesday.

    Chadormalu Mining And Industrial Company led the winner’s list as its shares jumped 8.14% to 8,370 rials per share.

    Shahid Bahonar Copper Industries Company was the big loser among all TSE-listed companies plunging 5.69% to 6,470 rials per share.

    National Iranian Copper Industries Company contributed the most to the benchmark's fall, followed by Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company, Social Security Investment Company and Esfahan Oil Refining Company.

    Chadormalu Mining And Industrial Company gave the biggest boost to the benchmark index, followed by Iran Khodro Company, Tabriz Oil Refining Company and Saipa Automaker Company.

     

     

    IFX Higher

    Iran Fara Bourse main index IFX gained 243.86 points or 0.77% to close Wednesday at 31,966.26.

    About 14.36 billion securities worth 227.47 trillion rials ($505.5 million) were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.

    Day Bank had the highest number of traded shares at 3.7 billion worth 6.9 trillion rials ($15.34 million).

    Shahdab Naab Khorasan Agro-Industry Company was in the lead in terms of growth among all IFB-listed companies climbing 6.99% to reach 4,392 rials per share. The big loser was Abhar Wire and Cable Company plunging 3.3% to reach 33,650 rials per share.

    Arya Sasol Polymer Company, Gohar Zamin Iron Ore Company, Hormozgan Steel Company and Marun Petrochemical Company had the most negative impact on IFX.

    Sepehr Saderat Financial Group Investment Company gave the biggest boost to IFX, followed by Iran Khodro Diesel Company, Entekhab Electronic Arman Industrial Group Company and Saba Tamin Investment Company.
