    TEDPIX Stumbles, Again 

    Tehran Stock Exchange's main index, TEDPIX, stumbled again losing 4,235.09 points or 0.30% on Monday to close at 1,413,604.71. The TSE equal-weighted index barely gained 0.12%.

    About 7.83 billion shares worth 43.57 trillion rials ($150.25 million) changed hands for the day. Trading at TSE and over-the-counter Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends Wednesday.

    Indamin SAIPA Shock Absorber Manufacturing Company led the winner’s list as its shares jumped 4.99% to 18,930 rials per share.

    Arta Ardebil Cement Company was the big loser among all TSE-listed companies plunging 4.81% to 32,260 rials per share.

    Golgohar Mining and Industrial Company contributed the most to the benchmark's fall, followed by Middle East Mines and Mineral Industries Development Holding Company, Mobarakeh Steel Company and Pasargad Bank.

    Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company gave the biggest boost to the benchmark index, followed by Khorasan Steel Company, Esfahan Steel Company and Iran Alloy Steel Company.

     

     

    IFX Falls 0.08%

    Iran Fara Bourse main index IFX lost 15.29 points or 0.08% to close Monday at 18,641.20.

    About 6.27 billion securities worth 1,363.4 trillion rials ($4.7 billion) were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.

    Day Bank had the highest number of traded shares at 351.66 million worth 210.84 billion rials ($727,037).

    Dena Afarin Fadak Food Preparation and Distribution Company was in the lead in terms of growth among all IFB-listed companies climbing 6.85% to reach 12,320 rials per share.

    The big loser was Kharazmi IT Development Company plunging 6.06% to reach 7,280 rials per share.

    Iranian Ghadir Iron and Steel Company, Zagros Petrochemical Company, Minoo Industrial Group Company and Iran Fara Bourse had the most negative impact on IFX.

    Damavand Power Generation Company gave the biggest boost to IFX, followed by Arfa Iron and Steel Company, Pouya Zarkan Agh Darreh Company and Goharan Omid Development Investment Company.
