Foreign ministry spokesperson Marzieh Afkham said on Thursday the negotiators engaged in the nuclear talks with the major powers "only act within the framework of the guidelines of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution," ISNA reported. She said, "As the Supreme Leader stated the Islamic Republic of Iran in its talk with the P5+1 (the permanent members of the UN Security Council and Germany) will only agree to a single-stage agreement that includes all details and general points."
