The main index of Tehran Stock Exchange, TEDPIX, gained 4,155.80 points or 0.30% on Tuesday to end at 1,393,126.
About 5.75 billion shares worth 38.33 trillion rials ($132.19 million) changed hands for the day.
Iran Ferrosilice Company was the top winner as its shares went up 6.53% to 5,550 rials per share.
The major ‘One and One’ Food Company incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies and went down 4.69% to 39,990 rials per share.
Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company contributed the most to the benchmark's fall, followed by Tamin Petroleum and Petrochemical Investment Company, Bouali Sina Petrochemical Company and National Development Investment Group Company.
Mobarakeh Steel Company gave the biggest boost to the benchmark index, followed by Iran Khodro Company, Saipa Automaker and National Iranian Copper Industries Company.

Iran Fara Bourse main index, IFX, gained 14.24 points or 0.08% to close Tuesday at 18,769.27. About 2.92 billion shares and securities worth 110.73 trillion rials ($380 million) were traded at the junior equities exchange for the day.
Saba Tamin Investment Company, Iranian Ghadir Iron and Steel Company, Zagros Petrochemical Company and Gohar Zamin Iron Ore Company had the most negative impact on IFX.
Damavand Power Generation Company gave the biggest boost to IFX, followed by MAPNA Asaluyeh Power Generation Company, Chaharmahal Food Products and Sugar Company and Pouya Zarkan Agh Darreh Company.
