Domestic Firm Develops Smart Integrated Information System

A knowledge-based company has designed an integrated information system that is a useful tool for large companies and organizations

A domestic knowledge-based company has designed an integrated information system that can easily organize information for different branches and subsidiaries of a company or organization.

The smart system can be connected to different monitors for relaying information to a large network of computers or people, the news portal of Vice-Presidency for Science and Technology reported.

“We have always witnessed that in various organizations and centers, advertisements and information are relayed on paper, which imposes a lot of costs on organizations, and the messages are not sent to the target community. The integrated notification system of Borna Resaneh has removed these disadvantages,” said Simin Qorbani, the CEO of Borna Gostaran Danesh Company.

She noted that the domestic integrated information system is more useful in large organizations and companies since informing all the members manually can be difficult.

“Currently, one of the ministries, which has 180 affiliated companies, is using this system. The organization’s information center uses the integrated system to inform members via numerous installed screens and monitors,” she added.

The system divides the screen into three parts and based on the defined features, different information can be displayed on each part of the screen at the same time.

In this system, all national, religious and organizational occasions can be defined to display notifications on screens.

The director of the knowledge-based company said newspaper clippings can also be displayed in the system daily so that employees are made aware of the latest news and developments.

In addition to displaying notifications, smart kiosks have also been designed and added to the system so that employees can receive banking, insurance and other services without leaving their workplace. These kiosks can even can introduce the organization and each manager to clients upon arrival.

Qorbani said Borna Resaneh is also being used in some Iraqi companies, which has been well received.

“To date, this project has been launched in 380 domestic centers to created 15 direct jobs.

The software is designed in English, Arabic and Farsi, and can be activated in the field of advertising and in large shopping centers.

Surveillance Software Better, Cheaper Than Foreign Rivals

A knowledge-based company has developed technologies in the field of video surveillance and security software.

“Video surveillance alone does not address all the requirements. On the one hand, comprehensive and complete security solutions should be provided and on the other, because of their high sensitivity, these systems should be produced domestically. As a result, innovative solutions have been presented by this knowledge-based company,” Mohammad Ghalamchi, CEO of Ghalamchi Management and Technology Development Company, said.

To solve problems such as the lack of after-sales services for foreign counterparts and avoid their skyrocketing prices, the knowledge-based company has produced a solution that has been tested, which showed that its quality can compete with the world's top products.

One model of the domestic analog software, which is constantly being updated, has been released for recording and smartening the surveillance images taken by the security cameras of small organizations.

For larger organizations with a wide geographical area, another model uses image analysis features for face and license plate recognition, in addition to the options of the first model.

The comprehensive domestic software utilizes the most up-to-date information and communication technologies to meet all the needs of customers despite the unfavorable conditions of the country's ICT infrastructure.

Ghalamchi noted that the product could be used in all areas, including residential, commercial, industrial, military, medical and educational.

"The ability to replay video online, which allows the production of multiple streams from a single thread, is one of the innovative and unique capabilities of the secure video surveillance solution," he said.

“The recompression capability, which allows for 30-1,000% more compression, reduces the space required for image storage and transfer. Safe Monitor allows safe and uninterrupted image transfer. For these reasons, safety monitoring is the first choice of the top monitoring and remote monitoring centers of the country.”

The secure monitoring software has the lowest resource consumption compared to other competing solutions.

Referring to intelligent disk management in high-volume data storage as another unique feature of the security monitoring solution, Ghalamchi said there is no need to buy expensive and high-speed hard drives.

Due to its numerous advantages and lower price compared to foreign counterparts, the domestic security monitoring solution is the most cost-effective and efficient option.

    Software Helps Online Businesses

A knowledge-based company has designed a software that helps manage customers’ messages for social media-based businesses.

Most e-businesses need to respond to user feedback efficiently to increase customer satisfaction and boost revenues.

“The knowledge-based product of this company meets the need of cyberspace businesses for harnessing messages and user feedback,” Mojtaba Bazazan, CEO of Asr Fara Ertebat Company, said, while referring to the design and development of the software.

Its "Reply" program, for example, helps users categorize and tag all customer comments and questions with complete security. It defines access for each page manager and facilitates feedback management.

All e-commerce operators can use it to experience professional sales and increase customer satisfaction.

Due to the complex programming used in the software, the product has no domestic competitor and can easily overtake foreign counterparts that are not suitable for the Iranian market.

The process of designing and programming “Reply” took about 7,300 man-hours of specialized work and created direct employment for 10 people.

The use of “Reply” is free of charge for a group of users with fewer direct messages and the cost of using the software is based on the number of administrators.

Statistics show that about one million Persian pages are earning an income through cyberspace, of which at least 200,000 small- and medium-sized businesses and about 500,000 provincial and local businesses are active on Instagram.

All these businesses need a program like “Reply” to manage their online sales, as it provides the infrastructure for addressing the high volume of customers’ requirements.
