The Education and Human Resources Institute, affiliated with the Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture, plans to hold four specialized courses in June and July.
The first course titled “Recruitment” is scheduled to be held from June 19 on Saturdays and Mondays from 4-6 p.m. The course will run for a total of 12 hours, the news portal of TCCIM reported.
Topics to be covered include writing job descriptions, developing job competency models, job competency assessment methods, recruitment, the role of social networks in the recruitment process, team building and collaboration challenges in digital space, digital marketing-based employer brand and its impact on employment.
The second course titled “Job Analysis and Compilation of Job Certificates” will be conducted from June 3 on Saturdays and Mondays from 5-7 p.m. Running for a total of 12 hours, the course will cover relationship between strategy, design and structure of the organization; introduction to various models of job analysis; personality traits required for different jobs, among others.
The third course titled “International Trading” is slated to be held from July 10 on Saturdays and Tuesdays from 3-7 p.m. The course will run for a total of 24 hours. Topics include foreign orders, principles and techniques of foreign negotiations in the form of B2B, B2C, B2G for marketing and sale or purchase of goods, commercial correspondence, air, land, sea, rail transport and related bill of lading, drafting international contracts, payment methods, bank guarantees, insurance, Incoterms 2020 and related risks.
The fourth course titled “Employee Performance Management” is scheduled to be held from July 24 on Saturdays and Sundays from 3-7 p.m. Topics include performance appraisal, behavioral competencies and the process of performance management and training.
