Iranian Ports Throughput Up 6.6%

Iranian ports loaded and unloaded more than 93.5 million tons of oil and non-oil products during the eight months to November 20, registering a 6.6% increase compared with last year’s corresponding period, according to the Ports and Maritime Organization. Of the total figure, over 61.5 million tons pertained to non-oil goods and close to 32 million tons were oil products, Mehr News Agency reported.
