Close to 712,000 tons of copper concentrates were produced by the subsidiaries of National Iranian Steel Industries Company, namely Sarcheshmeh Copper Complex, Sungun Copper Mine and Miduk Copper Mine, from March to December 2015. This indicates a 20% increase in production volume compared with the similar period of the previous year, according to Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization’s latest report posted on its website.
