Iran Mercantile Exchange’s industrial and mining trading board witnessed the supply of 1,500 tons of copper cathode by the National Iranian Copper Industries Company at the base price of $4.4 per kg on Sunday.
NICICO’s other offerings of the day include 1,000 tons of copper wires at the base price of $4.6 per kg, 20,000 tons of low-grade copper, 140 tons of sulfur molybdenum and 18 tons of precious metal concentrate.
Kashan Copper World Company was also present on the board with the offering of 100 tons of copper wires at the base price of $4.6 per kg.
Furthermore, 400 tons of zinc of 99.98% purity by the Sane Rooy Zanjan Company and 220 tons of A3-12-32 rebars by Azerbaijan Steel Company were supplied on the same board.
The oil and petrochemical trading board saw the offering of 42,100 tons of bitumen, 5,743 tons of petrochemicals, 19,000 tons of lube cuts, 10,000 tons of vacuum bottoms and 2,100 tons of sulfur.
The export trading board played host to 5,000 tons of 6070 bitumen and 200 tons of insulations.
Finally, close to 8,177 tons of corn, 100 tons of unprocessed soybean oil and 200 tons of white sugar were supplied on the agricultural trading board. Overall, the IME played host to nearly 116,000 tons of commodities on Sunday.
