The second production line of the joint Iran-Croatia cigarette manufacturing company was inaugurated in the northern city of Sari in Mazandaran Province, Mehr news agency reported. The two production lines have a combined production capacity of 2 billion cigarettes per year, according to a manager at the Iranian Tobacco Company (ITC), Mehdi Eslampanah. The joint company has been established by the leading Croatian cigarettes manufacturer, TDR (stands for Croatian tobacco factory), and ITC with an initial investment of €15 million, which is expected to increase to €100 million.
