Iran’s flag carrier airline IranAir has scheduled a return flight to Milan to bring Iranian students and residents stranded in Italy.
The flight was scheduled to leave Imam Khomeini International Airport to Milan on April 29, 5:40 p.m. local time, the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development's news service reported.
The return flight from Milan is scheduled for May 2 at 5:40 p.m. local time.
IranAir has obtained permits from the Health Ministry and all necessary health protocols will be in effect for the flights.
The flights come at the request of Iranian students and residents living in Italy to return home amid the outbreak of the new coronavirus.
