Ehsan Haddadi won the silver medal in the fifth round of the International Athletics Association Federation Diamond League in Oslo on Thursday.
In his second attempt Haddadi threw the discus 67.55 meters as his best during the games to win silver, IRNA reported.
Gold medal of the games went to Lithuanian Andrius Gudzius with a jaw-dropping 69.04m throw. The Swede Daniel Stahl won bronze for a 67.04m shot.
The Iranian first set a 65.41m record and to improve it he escalated his second record to the medal winning 67.55m record.
