Real Madrid has long been linked with a move for Eden Hazard and now a report in The Daily Express claims that Los Blancos are ready to offer Gareth Bale plus £100 million ($140m) to sign the Chelsea superstar.
According to the report, Hazard is Real Madrid’s number 1 priority in the summer transfer window and the All Whites are set to completely overhaul their squad in the coming window.
Manchester United has also been previously linked with Gareth Bale, but it seems like the team has cooled interest in the Welsh winger after the signing of Alexis Sanchez.
After having a stunning start to his Real Madrid career, Gareth Bale has struggled for both form and fitness, and the same report states that Madrid is now ready to let the Welshman go.
Bale was absolutely brilliant in the Premier League when he played for Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea might not be losing out on too much if it signs Bale and gets £100 million for the star man.
