A total of 24 participants from across Iran are participating in the AFC ‘B’ Coaching Certificate course in cooperation with the Football Association of Mazandran, one of Iran’s most active football provinces, in the northern city of Sari.
According to The-afc.com, the opening ceremony was attended by FAM President Gholamreza Behravan and Mahmoud Sortehchi, along with the Football Federation of Iran Head of Education Department Mirshad Majedi.
In his opening remarks, Majedi stressed that learning is crucial and coaches play a very significant role in nurturing the next generation. He noted that coaches must continuously increase their football knowledge.
The AFC-appointed course instructor is Nader Arabi. Started on Oct. 16, the course will run through Nov. 4.
