The Rare Diseases Foundation of Iran has introduced a limited period for monitoring the the health of nurses, said the head of the foundation, Ali Davoudian. The scheme, which will run for nine days starting September 2, offers free medical checkup and diagnostic services to all nurses in the RDFI-run clinic on Enqelab Street of Tehran, Fars News Agency reported. The Rare Diseases Foundation of Iran was established in 1995 with the support of former president Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani with the objective of “creating a national will” to address issues facing patients with special diseases.
