Flooding in 2 Provinces

Heavy rainfall on Friday and Saturday caused flooding in the counties of Khodabandeh and Mah Neshan in Zanjan and Tuyserkan in Hamedan provinces, said Behnam Saeedi, spokesman of the Crisis Management Organization on Saturday.  “Rescue and relief teams were sent to seven villages in the counties,” IRNA quoted him as saying. Contingency services included rescuing 102 people who were caught in the floods and draining of flood waters from 31 residential units, he said, adding that “no human loss has been reported.”
