An outbreak of flu has forced the closure of two wards and left 60 patients ill at a leading hospital in the UK. People are being urged to stay away from Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge after a surge in admissions due to an outbreak of the viral illness.  Two wards have been closed and three others have bays that are affected, at the internationally renowned teaching hospital, reports express.co.uk. A spokesman for Cambridge University Hospitals said: “There are a high number of flu cases and our emergency department is at capacity.” Influenza is a viral illness that is especially common in winter and is spread by coughing and sneezing.
