In a meeting between Belarusian deputy health minister Shylo Vyacheslav Dmitrievich, and his Iranian counterpart Rasoul Dinarvand, in Tehran on Wednesday, the two sides discussed avenues to bolster bilateral cooperation.
Dmitrievich is in Iran at the head of a delegation comprising officials form Minsk University of Medical Sciences, Grodno State Medical University, and Belarusian State Medical University.
Belarus Ambassador to Tehran Victor Rybak was present at the meeting where the need to enhance cooperation in areas of knowhow exchange and drug production was highlighted, Mehr News Agency reported.
The delegation visited the various sections of the Food and Drug Administration, and was briefed on its structure and activities.
