The controversial 7th floor of the famous electronics shopping center ‘Aladdin’ in Tehran has been demolished by the Tehran Municipality,” said Nasser Amani, deputy mayor of Tehran. The owner of the shopping mall, a central market for cell phones and accessories, had added an extra floor without the municipality’s permission, Alef News Agency reported. After several warnings issued to the mall owner were not heeded, the illegal floor was demolished during the week under police supervision.
