    Iran-China Business, Investment Forum Convenes

    Iran-China Business and Investment Forum held in Shanghai on Wednesday was attended by Iranian and Chinese business people, economic players and officials.\ Held at Sheraton Shanghai Hongkou Hotel, the forum hosted chairman of Iran-China Chamber of Commerce Asadollah Asgaroladi; Majid Reza Hariri, deputy head of the joint chamber; deputy director of international affairs for science and technology at the Presidential Office, Ali Morteza Birang; deputy minister of industries, mining and trade, Ziaeddin Shojaei-Borhan; and Iran’s Consul General to Shanghai Alireza Irvash, IRNA reported. China has been Iran’s biggest trading partner for the last 10 years. Iran’s trade with China stood at $33.66 billion in 2017, indicating a rise of 20% compared to 2016.
