Iran exported over 1.27 tons of garlic worth 40.55 billion rials ($1.25 million) during the five months to Aug. 22, figures released by the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration show.
Export destinations of Iranian garlic over the period were mainly regional countries, including Iraq, Turkmenistan, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Qatar, Kuwait, Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation, Young Journalists Club reported.
