Iran exported 876,000 tons of non-oil goods worth $333.5 million to the Republic of Azerbaijan during the seven months ending October 21, which indicates a 112% rise in value compared with last year’s corresponding period. Gas, chemicals, cement, chocolate, tiles, potatoes, dates and beverages were among the main exported commodities, according to the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration. More than 98,000 tons of goods valued at $31.6 million, including steel ingots, wood, vehicle, millet, oilcake, cotton and road excavators, were imported from the neighboring country to register a 148% rise in value year-on-year.
