The average unemployment rate for university graduates stood at 19.4% in the last fiscal year (March 2017-18), registering a decline of 0.6% compared with the year before, according to a new report released by the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare. 
The unemployment rate among male and female graduates was at 13.5% and 30.4% respectively.
