Tehran Stock Exchange’s main index TEDPIX gained 18.40 points or 0.03% to settle Sunday trade at 61,455.3.

More than 650 million shares valued at over $33.6 million were transacted with daily trade value and volume rising slightly compared to Saturday.

The Price Index rose 7.10 points or 0.03% to end at 23,922.9.

The First Market Index lost 11.90 points or 0.03% to close at 42,113.0.

The Second Market Index jumped 184.80 points or 0.13% to hit 139,603.8.

The Industry Index lost 31.30 points or 0.06% to register 50,909.3.

The Free Float Index was up 152.50 points or 0.23% to record 67,136.40.

The TSE 30 Index was down 0.30 points or 0.01% to finish at 2,565.2.

And the TSE 50 Index shed 1.50 points or 0.06% to post 2,498.6.

More than half of the listed companies worked in favor of the benchmark.

Iran Khodro, with a P/E ratio of 34 and 15.57 points, provided the biggest boost to TEDPIX, followed by Bank Ansar and Mobile Telecommunications Company of Iran with 14.61 and 10.54 points respectively.

Ghadir Investment Group was the biggest market laggard with 25.57 points. Parsian Oil and Gas Development Company and Mobarakeh Steel Company followed closely with 25.26 and 15.61 points respectively.

  IFX Upbeat

Iran Fara Bourse’s all-share index jumped 2.31 points or 0.34% to end Sunday trade at 679.32.

According to IFB, more than 200 million securities valued at $86.6 million changed hands with daily trade volume and value nearly double those of Saturday.

Bank Hekmat Iranian recorded the highest trade volume of the day with the transaction of 18.1 million shares.

Shirvan Sugar Company filed the highest trade value with $709,411 worth of shares changing hands.

Pegah Fars Company, Kerman Construction and Development Company, Hormozgan Steel Company and Minoo Shargh Food Industries Company recorded the highest rise in shares’ value.

Taknar Copper Mine and Iranian Trade and Investment Development Company filed the highest retreat.

Isfahan Steel Company, Shirvan Sugar Company and Kimiya-e Zanjan Gostaran Industrial and Mining Company were on investors’ radar.

Etemad Fund, with the transaction of 42.9 million shares, registered the highest trade volume among listed exchange-traded funds.

Moreover, one million participation bonds of Persia Oil and Gas Development Company were sold out.
