Q1 Exports From Hamedan Exceed $25m

A total of 177,150 tons of commodities worth 3 trillion rials ($25.86 million) were exported from Iran's western Hamedan Province during the first three months of the current Iranian year (March 21-June 21).
According to Director General of Hamedan Customs Administration Morteza Najafi, the exported commodities mainly included raisins, ferrosilicon, rebar, air-conditioning engines, vaseline, pickles, dairy products, earthenware and cookware, the Persian daily Donya-e-Eqtesad reported.
Turkey, Iraq, Pakistan, China, Afghanistan, Bulgaria, Ukraine, India, the UAE, Armenia and the Netherlands were the main export destinations.
A total of 2,040 tons of goods worth $201,000 were imported into Hamedan during the three months, registering a 41% and 55% increase in tonnage and value respectively year-on-year.
The imports mainly included knitted fabric, potato seeds, polypropylene, textile products, auto parts, graphite electrodes used in furnaces and milling machine. 
Germany, Austria and Spain were the main exporters to the province during the period under review.
