All ministries, governmental organizations and agencies are required to consult Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture as well as Iran Chamber of Cooperatives and other non-governmental economic entities in drafting or reviewing bylaws and administrative procedures related to business environment. Vice President for Legal Affairs Laya Joneydi issued the directive on July 10 in compliance with Clause II and III of the Sustained Improvement of Business Environment Act of 2011-12, Otaghiranonline.ir reported on Wednesday. ICCIMA is home to representatives of Iran's private businesses.
