An exclusive Iranian exhibition is scheduled to be held in the Russian capital, Moscow, from Sept. 7-10.
As Iran and the Eurasian Economic Union have a preferential trade agreement in place, the Russian market could be an ideal threshold for allowing Iranian goods, especially construction materials, foodstuff, agriculture, petrochemicals, iron and steel, minerals, apparel and industrial machinery, to enter other markets across the union, IRNA reported.

Iran and Russia have been forging closer economic ties and Russian President Vladimir Putin recently visited Tehran to consolidate those ties.
In January, Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi was in Moscow to present a draft of a 20-year strategic cooperation agreement.
