Projects Worth $720m in Industrial Hubs Last Year

A total of 2,547 projects worth 116.17 trillion rials ($720 million) were implemented in Iran’s industrial parks and estates in the last fiscal year that ended on March 19, 2020, according to Deputy Minister of Industries, Mining and Trade Mohsen Salehinia.
The projects were related to a range of fields, including electricity supply, telephone lines, optical fiber, wastewater treatment and water.
"More than 40,000 new jobs were created as a result," Salehinia was quoted as saying by Mizan Online.
