Portraits of Prominent Athletes

Museum of Fine Arts at the Sa’dabad historical and cultural complex in northern Tehran is host to an exhibition of the portraits of celebrated athletes through January 26.
A total of 137 portraits painted by 100 Iranian artists are on display, Honaronline reported.
The exhibit curator Hiva Pashaei said this is the third event displaying   portraits of celebrated figures, Honaronline reported.
“After holding workshops on different techniques of creating portraits, we held two exhibitions prior to this one. The first was dedicated to portraits of celebrated Iranian musicians (held last May) and the second was about portraits of acclaimed cinema and theater artists (in November).”
