Obsessive Collector

Too Loud a Solitude’, a play adaptation of a namesake novel by Czech writer Bohumil Harbol is brought on stage at Iranshahr Theater.

Hossein Pakdel, 58, actor and screenwriter has written the adaptation which tells the story of an eclectic and dimwitted old man who works as a paper crusher in Prague, using his job to save and amass astounding numbers of rare and banned books; he is an obsessive collector of knowledge.

Banipal Shomon, Anahita Hemmati, Elsa Firooz-Azar, Roozbeh Akhtari, Abolfazl Haji-Alikhani, Babak Qaderi, Shahab Malekpour, Behdad Qaderi, Milad Tajik and Babak Binesh play in the work directed by Amir-Kaveh Ahaninjan, Tiwall.com wrote.
